Pair Geoffrey Baxter M33 'Flint' Crystal Highball Glasses 1960s Whitefriars

Pair Geoffrey Baxter M33 'Flint' Crystal Highball Glasses 1960s Whitefriars
Priced and sold as a pair.
Two elegant Whitefriars full lead crystal textured Highballs, model no M33 ‘Flint’.
I have a few clients who are big entertainers in the US who collect these, to make full sets. They’re such a pleasure to use and to look at. I’ll offer them for sale whenever I find them.
We love them for their heavy feel in the hand, tactile texture and classic crystalline ringing sound when filled with ice. They make a drink a real event, by highlighting sensory pleasures.
These are 250ml or one cup with a room to spare, suitable for soda, long drinks and iced tea.
Produced by Whitefriars, England, 1960s through to 1970s. Designed by Geoffrey Baxter. High quality lead crystal, textured externally with a heavy bark pattern.
Each was handmade (mouth blown into a mould), so they're slightly different weights and thicknesses and the rims fold a little with the texture of the glass. See images.
