We have many years experience shipping large items overseas and all over Australia.

We use a professional packer to box or crate large items for overseas shipment. Shipment available by a variety of methods including DHL and FedEx. Packing and Despatch 2-3 days. Delivery Express 4-7 days. Delivery Economy 10-20 days depending on destination.

We work with a number of dedicated East Coast ‘man and van’ couriers, Melb to Sydney, Brisbane, Cairns, Adelaide and many locations in between. Blanket wrapped for delivery to your room of choice. Pickup is usually within ten days, delivery can take 1 to 3 weeks depending on route and delivery schedule.

We use TNT road freight and professional boxing or crating for large shipments to WA, NT and some parts of SA, NSW and QLD. Typical despatch is 3-4 days, typical delivery is 1-2 weeks.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Worldwide, with full insurance and tracking.

Rates calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country

  • Delivery speed preference

Typical delivery times:

  • Express (3-7 business days)

  • Economy (10-21 business days)

Important: International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These vary by country and are not included in our shipping costs. Your local customs office can provide guidance on applicable charges.

OUR PACKING STANDARDS

After twenty years shipping rare and fragile vintage pieces worldwide, we know what it takes.

Every item is:

  • Wrapped in acid-free tissue and bubble wrap

  • Secured in double-walled, custom-sized boxes

  • Fragile items receive additional internal bracing

  • Lighting is packed with extra protection for delicate shades and glass

  • All packages clearly marked "FRAGILE - HANDLE WITH CARE"

Lighting is shipped with bulbs removed to prevent damage in transit. Installation instructions and bulb specifications included.

DELIVERY & UNBOXING

Tracking information is emailed as soon as your item ships.

Signature required for all deliveries to ensure safe receipt.

Inspect on arrival: Please examine your item carefully upon delivery. If there's any damage, photograph it immediately and contact us within 24 hours. All shipments are fully insured.

Keep packaging materials for 7 days in case you need to make a return.

RETURNS

7-Day Inspection Period

If your purchase doesn't meet expectations, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging materials intact.

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is damaged or significantly misrepresented.

When will my item ship?
Most items ship within 2-3 business days. Items requiring made-to-order crates or further restoration work will have estimated shipping dates confirmed at time of purchase.

Can I track my shipment?
Yes. Tracking details are emailed once your item ships.

Is shipping insured?
Yes. All shipments are fully insured for their full value.

What if something arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange replacement, repair, or refund. This is extremely rare - our packing standards are rigorous.
