A pair of Art Nouveau or Secessionist WMF pewter and silver plate candle holders. Both marked to the interior of the base 'WMFB' and 'OX'. This indicates a style made only between 1900 and 1912 - a thick silver plate with an oxidized finish.
Designed as vases. Small glass insert for single floral stem display, long since lost. I offer them for alternative use as candle holders. The image provided shows a standard household candle which sits low in the holder.

CONDITION
Plating and surface very worn. Multiple tiny scuffs and much rubbing of the plate finish. Best suited to someone actively seeking the appearance of age and wear. They will tarnish and oxidise further without regular polishing.
