A superb vintage three-seater leather sofa dating from the late 1980s to early 1990s. While not quite at the level of high-end Italian makers such as Cassina or Molteni, it is an exceptionally well-made piece—possibly by a quality local manufacturer—with beautiful sculptural lines and outstanding comfort.
The sofa has been professionally cleaned, conditioned and fully restored. The leather is soft, supple and richly patinated from years of careful use. Aside from two minor surface scuffs (shown in the final photograph), the upholstery remains unbroken and presents beautifully.
Deep, supportive seating is provided by shaped foam cushions suspended on rubber webbing, giving a resilient, comfortable sit without sagging. The generous proportions and flowing curves make it an elegant, inviting piece that will suit both contemporary and mid-century inspired interiors.
